Who we are
Colorado Springs Gutter Installation is a free quote service. We connect Colorado Springs-area homeowners with independent local gutter installation, guard and repair companies for free, no-obligation quotes. We do not perform gutter, downspout, guard, heat cable or roofing work ourselves. See our about page for details.
Information we collect
When you use our quote form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, and any details you add about your house, roof, gutters, downspouts, hail damage or drainage. Only your name and phone number are required.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, usually the same day.
- To share your request with one or more independent local companies that work in your area, so they can contact you about a quote.
- To follow up about the request you made.
We use your information only to handle your quote request.
Who we share it with
Your request is shared with independent gutter installation, guard or repair companies so they can contact you. Those companies are separate businesses with their own privacy practices. Our form is processed by a third-party form-handling service that delivers submissions to us by email. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Calls and texts
By submitting the form, you agree that we and the companies we share your request with may call or text you at the number you provide about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask to stop contact at any time.
Cookies
The site may use basic cookies or similar technology needed for it to work, and uses analytics to count visits, described below. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the quote form still works without them.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google processes this on our behalf and may use it as described in its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or anything you type into the quote form to Google Analytics, and we do not use the data for advertising.
You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser, by using a content blocker, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site and the quote form work normally with analytics blocked.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to handle them and for ordinary business records, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account and is aggregated; it is not tied to your quote request.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us by phone Call (727) 300-6656 or send a note through the quote form saying what you’d like us to do. Please also contact any company that reached out to you directly, since they hold their own copy.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
